and they’re living in Singapore..
poor Hady..dunno what the press would say about him..
surely tomorrow’s headline will be so dramatic…
i’m thinking to collect those newspapers article from each countries,
in order to know what will they say to defence their own idol..
so, i’ve got friends from philippine, malaysia, indo..
i missed out viet & india…anyone?

i realised that actually, i was OK as i was (at the first)
but after i read newspapers n some comments on the web,
dang ! unbelievable…especially on this one:

Congratulations Hady!
He has done Singapore and Asia proud…against all odds.
Think he won cos he is arguably one of the more ‘accessible’ performers,
easy on the eye, pleasant to listen to, and acceptable across the borders.

"accessible"?! what the..?!&^#*@
ok, i captured this one…quite reasonable..better i supposed:

I think He just get an "unpredictable" lucky vote.
This is my prediction how Hady won this Asian Idol Competition:

1. Most Indonesian People know that Hady’s parents come from Indonesia
that’s what Hady mention before the competition start. So, probably. most Indonesian will choose Hady as their second vote.

2. I think most Malaysian People will vote Hady as their second vote since Hady is Singapore delegation which is part of Malaysia (before they parted).

3. Some Philippine People will vote Hady as their second vote because they know that Hady vocal coach came from Philippine.

4. The other will vote Hady as second vote because He is delegation from small country, so they think if they vote Hady, it will not make him won.

5. Other prediction is most of the voter don’t understand how this voting counting system works. They don’t know that it is not number will count but the average % per country will be used. So you can imagine if Hady get second place in all country.

6. The last prediction is most voter is a young deaf girl, who is more concern on their eyes than their ear (of course, they are deaf).

So, I predict that Hady won this by second vote.

i  like the "young deaf girl" part..muwahahaha..
ok i admit, i vote for Mike (1st) + Hady (2nd)
because of the reason number 4..
but in the middle of the result show..i’ve already realized,
if it’s keep on goin’ like this..hady will won..

and it’s true..
damn…

sometimes..you just know and sometimes you don’t

betrayal can be one of the bad things that humans have…
sometimes it happened because we do not know
or overestimate the responsibility that is need to not to betray..
and another reason that you betray others
is because of your self pride…

but when i think of the past, and people from it
and i just get so annoyed because of
the sweetness potrayed to my face, all false..
and yeah…then BAM !!
i hear from people that almost all of it consists of lies
people whom are so immature
and their things are really annoys me..
my brain’s not there for peoples who need
for constant drama and attention..

well, im just glad i dont have to worry about any more
but try your best not to betray anyone else
because you know how that feels…
it is sorta like the golden rule..

what goes around comes back around right?

ps: i don’t fancy two-faced people..

i’m in love with You Lord..

if God had facebook,
He’d be spamming me with eggs, plants, grafittis,
voting for me as his top friend, filling my entire wall with love notes,
and be superpoking me 24/7…
yea, that’s why He can’t have an account,
He’d jam the entire system..hehehehe :)

and while i took my little break to pray, i came upon a verse…
funny how sometimes you know of verses from five years back,
but only get to truly understand it when He blesses you with the verse
when He provides that strength through the verse from a certain someone
or when He in His most subtle form whispers it into your very ear :)

a verse i’ve heard a hundred times (or more),
and i just couldn’t help smiling
while reading the verse under my breath..

Galatians 6:9
"so let us not grow weary in doing what is right,
for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up"

You’ll never fail to be there each time i need You
thank You Lord, for never give up on me :)

Kudengar SuaraMu (Giving My Best)

Bagaimana kudapat menolak
Panggilan dari sang Raja
Ku ‘kan memakai hidupku
Untuk muliakan namaMu

Dan kudengar suaraMu
Pakailah hidupku

S’karanglah waktunya
Kami ‘kan bersinar
Sambil memegang janjiMu
Dan dengar suaraMu

Kami ‘kan berlari
Dan tak akan lelah
Menjawab semua panggilan
Membawa namaMu

Hidupku hanyalah untukMu
Hanya ‘tuk menjawab semua panggilanMu
Kubawa hanya yang terbaik
Hanya yang membuatMu tersenyum atasku

since the cat is already out of the bag…..

trying to focus on in thinking that
not to worry about people stealing your idea
cuz’ if they said it’s their own original
you will have to ram it down their throats

but how much do i should care about?
or at least they ever think about..
my credit or my influence?
anyway…
how many times do we trust those around us?
once, twice or more?
are they worth this trust?

well then..back to our rules,
it’s nothing personal..
it’s just business.

**** says (1:06 AM):
dimana2 bisnis tuh yah wen
mo sodara kek mo temen baek kek
justru temen lu baek itu yg plg bisa nusuk lo

I HAVE LEARNED TO TRUST NO ONE IN BUSINESS,
ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO SAY THEY ARE FRIENDS.
FOR THIS IS THE BIGGEST SIGN OF TROUBLE.

thank You Lord..

Anakku_1

(Kids Army for Jesus - 2005)

isn’t it amazing…..
to watched them grow up?

watched them talk..
watched them smile..
and watch them to be
the history maker for the Lord :)

steven curtis chapman - i will be here..

August 12th, 2007 by owen1

Tomorrow morning if you wake up
and the sun does not appear
I will be here

If in the dark, we lose sight of love
Hold my hand, and have no fear
‘Cause I will be here

I will be here
When you feel like being quiet
When you need to speak your mind
I will listen

And I will be here
When the laughter turns to cryin’
Through the winning, losing and trying
We’ll be together
I will be here

Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the future is unclear
I will be here

Just as sure as seasons were made for change
Our lifetimes were made for these years
So I will be here

I will be here
And you can cry on my shoulder
When the mirror tells us we’re older
I will hold you
And I will be here
To watch you grow in beauty
And tell you all the things you are to me
I will be here

I will be true to the promise I have made
To you and to the One who gave you to me

Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the sun does not appear
I will be here
Oh, I will be here.

…………………………………

Be still and know that He is God
Be still and know that He is faithful
Consider all that he has done
Stand in awe and be amazed
And know that He will never change
Be still…..

another farewell..

i went to say goodbye and pray for her
she thanked me for caring for her,
occasionally even loving her,
and again,she hugged me..
we both cried..but we’re alright
guess i will deal with it,
but still, i will miss her so much
guess that’s all i have to say..

i just love this little girl so much
and can’t wait to watch her grow up
when the times she’s back in my arms again..

kezia, i will miss u so much..
take care there dear..
hope you’ll still remember me
when you read this post
(mmmm…) 5 years later? hehehe :)
will see u soon..promised?

ps: i am blessed by God
to have been called to teach His children..
who somehow managed to wipe my tears
and ease my fears for years.. :)

25 Reasons You Might Be A Hardcore Graphic Designer

July 3rd, 2007 by owen1

  1. You’ve almost rear-ended the car in front of you
because you were analyzing a font on a billboard.

   2. You get pissed when a free Photoshop brush you download
is less than 1000px in size.

   3. You’d rather study the paisley pattern
       on your boyfriend/girlfriend’s shirt
than listen to what he/she has to say.

   4. You can use keyboard shortcuts at light speed, blindfolded,
but you can’t type a paragraph of text
       without staring at the keyboard.

   5. You’ve had “Software Nightmares,”
when you’ve been working way too much.

   6. You consider meals interruptions.

   7. You’ve learned your lesson and stopped using the word “final”
in any file name when saving.

   8. You clean your keyboard more often than you wash your car.

   9. You’ve intentionally given up trying to explain your projects
        to non-designers.

  10. You see CMYK and RGB like Neo sees the Matrix.

  11. You’d rather organize your desktop than your sock drawer.

  12. When you heard that Adobe was acquiring Macromedia,
        you had a Design Orgasm.

  13. When you look at Album art
all you see are grunge Photoshop Brushes.
(Then you see the album art a couple minutes later)

  14. You’ve Photoshopped out a watermark for a comp or mock-up.

  15. You’ve actually $paid for a font.

  16. You’ve totally slaughtered a great design concept
because the client thinks he/she knows best.
(everyone thinks they are a designer)

  17. The amount of words you’ve written
with a sharpie labeling burned discs total more than
the amount of words you’ve read in novels.

  18. You’ve had to explain to a client
that a layered file wasn’t part of the deal.

  19. You’ve kept a ragged concert ticket just so you could scan it.

  20. You’ve nicknamed the OSX spinning wheel.
        (and not affectionately)

  21. You bookmark a resource more often
than you have a fun night out on the town.

  22. You’ve intentionally overbid a project
because you can sniff out a bad client from a mile away.

  23. You can’t go to a restaurant
without secretly critiquing the menu design.

  24. You have an amazingly huge font collection,
        and an amazingly short temper.

  25. If you had a penny for every mouse click,
you would have been a trillionaire 3 years ago.

ha ha ha..
whew! it’s nice to know i’m not alone!
all of those match me pretty well :)

My Adventures as a Temporary Disabled

June 21st, 2007 by owen1

i have spent some time considering
that it was fairly evident that i was temporarily disabled
i came to appreciate the challenges of being in pain
and not being able to reach things in the high storage
or even running fast before the traffic light turns red =P

i expected to be a bit ignored as a disabled person,
i thought my short steps, sudden stops in the crowd
and blocking lots of people ways, will affect them..
but in fact found that i gathered more attention than most,
as i was especially recognizable in my bandaged feet..
they moved a side to give you ways,
gave up their seat to you, etc..hehehe

hmmm..o well..
now, a thought of the day,
juz’ a simple short message..
here’s what i learned through times..
it helps you not to be judgemental on people cases

"don’t hate the player, hate the game"

it is quite another to be a player in the game
and be so unaware to where you are working toward..
well, changing the game begins
when you wake up as a player :)
but remember, let God take control from the "controller"
He never gives up and He can work the best !

(haha..i miss my PlayStation2 so much =P)
